The Betona rug is handcrafted in India by adult weavers using old, traditional techniques. Each rug is an individually produced, unique piece of art. The style is clean and harmonious, classic yet contemporary, in a refined and timeless color scheme. The rugs are distinguished by an extra cotton back, making them very hard-wearing.
The Betona rug will create a warm and calming environment while bringing originality, luxury and comfort to your modern room. All Linie Design rugs have the "Care & Fair" label ensuring social responsibility and by which Linie Design contributes to the building and maintenance of schools, kindergartens and hospitals in India.
For many years, Linie Design has created handmade area rugs of renowned quality, originality and simplicity. Linie Design rugs are all designed by Scandinavian designers and handmade by skilled adult weavers in India. Based just outside of Copenhagen, Denmark, Linie Design is now able to distribute their rugs to the USA and around the world. Linie Design is a member of Care & Fair, an organization dedicated to fighting child labor and providing free education and health care to rug weaving communities in India, Pakistan and Nepal.
Care Instructions- Vacuum cleaning is usually enough to clean the rug.
