  A: Yes, we offer full-service white glove delivery to the lower 48 states of the United States for this item, which can be selected during checkout.

• • Are all colors in stock?

  A: No, the color names that end in "(Special Order)" are only available through custom orders, and the typical ETA at the US warehouse is about 4 months. The US stock colors are those that do not have the "Special Order" mark and are listed first on the color chart.

• • Why are some colors more expensive than others?

  A: The "Special Order" colors are more expensive than the stock colors due to additional production setup and transport expenses.

• • Is "Innovation Living" a good brand? I have never heard of it before.

• • How accurate are the colors/images shown on your website?

  A: When it comes to product shots, we strive to take photos that are as representative of the actual color as possible. However, there are a number of variables involved when it comes to true color representation, including lighting, camera used, camera settings, the color being photographed, etc. Furthermore, the color you see on your computer screen can vary depending on your monitor settings or the monitor itself. We strongly suggest that you order sample(s) to see the fabric/material colors first hand BEFORE ordering.

• • If I want to order the same product after a certain time period, would there be any difference in terms of material or color tone?

  A: It is possible that there may be slight changes in the tone of the colors especially for natural elements like wood. If you would like to order the same product after a while, please contact us before you place an order.

• • Does this item require assembly?

  A: Yes, this item requires moderate assembly. The expected assembly time is 30 minutes. We recommend two people to perform the assembly in the most convenient way.

• • How long does it take to receive my order?

  A: Preparing and pickup time for in-stock items is 2-4 business days. Your shipping address and product availability will determine the overall delivery time. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will provide tracking information. If the delivery date is critical to you, please contact us before placing your order with your delivery zip code so that we can provide the most accurate ETA.

• • What if I need the order delivered by a specific time in the future?

  A: Simply let us know the delivery date you would like. We are happy to hold your order until you want it delivered.

• • What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

  A: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will immediately take actions to correct the problem. It would be great help if you e-mail us the pictures of damaged or defective item in order us to ship the correct replacement product/part to you.

• • How long is the warranty on this product?

  A: This item comes with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against any defects. The warranty period starts from the date of your actual delivery.

• • What if my furniture is missing a piece/hardware, how can I get it?

  A: It is highly unlikely but if you receive your order and it is missing a part, please notify us immediately so we can get the part to you as quickly as possible.

• • Do you have any physical store/showroom to see this product?

• • Do you offer extended warranty or accidental damage protection?

  A: Yes, we work with Allstate on extended warranties that include accidental damage protection. You can visit Allstate website and select the best plan for your needs.

• • Do you offer Affirm or Pay Later?

• • Do you have a take-away service for old furniture?

  A: At this time, we do not pick up and take back used furniture. Customers must move/remove their existing furniture in order prepare for delivery and installation.

  A: No, we do not offer any customization on this product.
