• • Do you offer white glove delivery?

• • Is this product made of solid wood?

  A: No, the bed frame is constructed of high-quality MDF with a natural wood veneer on top.

• • Does this bed come with the mattress?

  A: No, the mattress should be purchased separately. We offer the Dawn Hybrid Mattress, or you can use your own from any brand with the same size as your bed.

• • How tall should my mattress be?

  A: To make your bed look its best, we recommend no more than 12". Any taller mattress will sit too high, blocking a significant portion of the headboard and interfering with the overall appearance of your bed.

• • Is this bed compatible with adjustable / reclining mattresses?

  A: This bed has wooden slats to accommodate conventional mattresses. If your adjustable mattress is intended to be used with slats, it should be compatible. However, some adjustable mattresses require a solid surface or to be placed on the floor. If you want to use your adjustable mattress with this bed, you may have to make some modifications. We encourage you to speak with your mattress provider to better understand the compatibility requirements. Please keep in mind that we do not provide warranties for any modifications to your item.

  A: Yes, the integrated nightstands are fixed to the frame and cannot be removed in everyday use.

• • Is Wenge color black?

  A: No, wenge is not black; it is a very dark wood. It's a rich chocolate brown with dark streaks that can look almost black when finished with a clear coat. The base color is medium-dark brown, with chocolate undertones.

• • How accurate are the colors/images shown on your website?

  A: When it comes to product shots, we strive to take photos that are as representative of the actual color as possible. However, there are a number of variables involved when it comes to true color representation, including lighting, camera used, camera settings, the color being photographed, etc. Furthermore, the color you see on your computer screen can vary depending on your monitor settings or the monitor itself. We strongly suggest that you order sample(s) to see the fabric/material colors first hand BEFORE ordering.

• • If I want to order the same product after a certain time period, would there be any difference in terms of material or color tone?

  A: It is possible that there may be slight changes in the tone of the colors especially for natural elements like wood. If you would like to order the same product after a while, please contact us before you place an order.

• • Does this item require assembly?

  A: Yes, this item requires moderate assembly. The expected assembly time is 30 minutes. We recommend two people to perform the assembly in the most convenient way.

• • How long does it take to receive my order?

  A: Preparing and pickup time for in-stock items is 2-4 business days. Your shipping address and product availability will determine the overall delivery time. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will provide tracking information. If the delivery date is critical to you, please contact us before placing your order with your delivery zip code so that we can provide the most accurate ETA.

• • What if I need the order delivered by a specific time in the future?

  A: Simply let us know the delivery date you would like. We are happy to hold your order until you want it delivered.

• • What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

  A: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will immediately take actions to correct the problem. It would be great help if you e-mail us the pictures of damaged or defective item in order us to ship the correct replacement product/part to you.

• • How long is the warranty on this product?

  A: This item comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against any defects. The warranty period starts from the date of your actual delivery.

• • Can I order fabric / material samples?

  A: Yes, we are more than happy to send you swatch samples! Please contact us with your address, phone number and the list of colors you want to see and we'll mail them to you as quickly as possible.

• • What if my furniture is missing a piece/hardware, how can I get it?

  A: It is highly unlikely but if you receive your order and it is missing a part, please notify us immediately so we can get the part to you as quickly as possible.

• • Do you have any physical store/showroom to see this product?

  A: No, we are an online only store.

• • Do you offer extended warranty or accidental damage protection?

  A: Yes, we work with Allstate on extended warranties that include accidental damage protection. You can visit Allstate website and select the best plan for your needs.

• • What type of payments do you accept?

  A: We accept check, money order, all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal.

• • Do you offer Affirm or Pay Later?

• • Do you have a take-away service for old furniture?

  A: At this time, we do not pick up and take back used furniture. Customers must move/remove their existing furniture in order prepare for delivery and installation.

  A: No, we do not offer any customization on this product.
